Invitation to attend Suffolk County Reuse and Recycling Network Workshops!
  Suffolk County Council are looking for groups within the community and voluntary sector interested in applying for Grants as part of the Suffolk Reuse and Recycling Grant scheme. The scheme is open to groups who currently work with or would like to start working on Recycling and Reuse within the Suffolk area. Does your Group divert waste from landfill? Do you reuse items that would normally be scrapped? Can you offer volunteering, training or employment opportunities to people disadvantaged in the workplace? If the answer is yes you could be able to apply for a grant of up to £25,000! Workshops have been arranged for interested parties: 14th October 2009 – Ipswich Town Football Club, Ipswich 1.30pm-3.30pm 19th October 2009 – Orbis Energy Centre, Lowestoft 10.00am – 12.30 pm 23rd October 2009 – Athenaeum, Bury St. Edmunds 10.00am – 12.30pm For more information or to book onto the workshops, then please contact Jayne Vaughan on 01473 581725 – jayne.vaughan@suffolk.gov.uk
